Pressure is gradually applied to a tight area until resistance is met, then maintained while the tissue relaxes, with use of breathing techniques that are guided by our therapist. Recommended for improving flexibility, recovery from injuries, chronic pains and stress release.

DMSO (Dimethyl sulfoxide) : a solvent used topically to aid with pain, inflammation and swelling. This solvent has been shown to reduce pain when used topically and is a widely used analgesic.
